There are those times when love is the only thing that brings us back to our mat. Love for how good you feel when you reconnect to your self. Love for how this practice serves your life. Remember love and grow more deeply connected to your own personal practice as Jessica Smith takes you out of your daily routine and helps reawaken the roots of why you practice. Explore how the practice serves your life in the Western world. Learn to be playful & let your practice breathe.
Jessica Smith lives in Bozeman, MT where she is the founder of Be The Change Yoga Studio. Her study of vinyasa yoga began with her primary teacher, Baron Baptiste and his dynamic style of Power Yoga.
During time serving Baron as an assistant, Jessica was lucky to take classes with a mix of renowned teachers who inspired her creativity to rise and find alternative flows that help us open a practice that breathes with consciousness and strength in healing the body & revitalizing the mind to be more free for life’s creativity.
Jessica’s hope is to empower everyone to know that yoga is not something separate from you. All this wisdom is inside. We each just need a little love served up to remember our true strength.
